I love to review books. Gushing about what I loved about a book and what worked for me (and the things I didn’t like or didn’t work for me) not only allows me to help authors, but also to learn more about what I like in a book and improve my own writing. Basically, book reviews are little bundles of win.
Most of my book reviews come from arcs that I get as a monthly perk from being a member at my local indie, blog tours or just books that I’ve read recently and want to share my opinions on.

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ = I really liked this book and thought it was great for most of the time that I was reading it. I would recommend this book to people, even if it’s outside their usual genre or they’re not a frequent reader.

What I Base My Reviews/Ratings On:
- Character voice
- Character arcs and development
- Emotional content
- Strength of secondary characters
